THE PALMS AVAILABILITY

From £495 pw (low season) to £595 pw (peak season) for 1 to 2 Persons or From £525 pw (low season) to £595 pw (peak season) for 3-8 persons. A £250  non-refundable  deposit secures your booking.


Refundable Security Deposit £150.

Payment accepted in US Dollars or GB Pounds Sterling.

Rates do not include electric heating of the pool, which is available at £65  per week (only normally required during the winter months November - March inclusive).

 A 4-night minimum stay is required. Stays of less than 7 nights will require an end of stay cleaning fee.

End stay cleaning fee £65.

Wireless Internet access and BBQ are available on request.

Cancellation Policy

If You Decide to Cancel Once we Have Received Your Deposit and Booking Forms, Your Deposit is non-refundable.

16 – 9 Weeks Prior to Arrival at the Villa, A One Week Rental Charge Will Be Payable (based on a 2 week rental).

8 Weeks or Less Prior to Arrival at the Villa, Full Payment Will Be Payable.

If we can rebook your dates, we will of course refund all monies in full!
