In addition to
the usual cooker and hob there is also a built – in microwave, waste
disposal unit, dishwasher and ice making, coffee maker, toaster full
sized fridge as well as a telephone. The utility room, between the garage and kitchen, contains a washer and dryer. All cooking utensils, linens, pool towels are provided. |
The Family Roomoverlooks the pool and is completely private and offers Cable TV , DVD Player, and portable CD player. To complete the entertainment unit there is surround sound throughout the main rooms and patio area.

If
you yearn for miles of dazzling
turquoise
seas and white
sandy beaches, they are within 8 minutes drive from the villa.
Golf courses are literally 5 minutes drive.
Beaches of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Sanibel and Captiva Islands are also within a short drive. The beautiful City of Naples (and beautiful beaches) is just 35minutes by car. There are also wonderful ‘Day Cruises’ to Key West the southernmost point of the North American Mainland.
There is excellent shopping
at Edison Mall and Gulf Coast Town Centre, which are approximately
15minutes drive away. If
you prefer a little 'Designer' shopping, then Miromar
Outlets and Coconut Point are also within a 15-20
There are many fine restaurants in the vicinity, excellent leisure activities, and much much more - in fact, everything you could possibly want for a wonderful holiday including, biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, snorkelling and diving, water skiing and boating. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island and The Everglades are an easy day out. Disney is drivable but we generally advise guests to stay over in Orlando for one night.
